Shipping & Payment

Shipping methods

We ship our products via DHL, DPD and — for bulky goods and pallet freight — by forwarding carrier (Scherbauer Spedition GmbH). No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

Germany: 2–5 working days. EU: 5–10 working days. Non-EU countries: 7–14 working days. Delivery may take longer for some EU countries — the delivery time applicable to your country is shown with the shipping method at checkout.

For payment in advance (bank transfer), the delivery period starts on the day after we receive your payment; for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. The period ends on the last day of the stated time frame. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day applies instead. Differing delivery times for individual products (e.g. pre-orders) are shown on the respective product page.

Shipping costs

Free shipping from €300 order value: Orders of €300 or more ship free of charge within Germany and the EU. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination country.

Germany and EU countries (gross prices, incl. 19% German VAT*):

  • Standard DE & EU (up to 2 kg) – €4.76
  • Standard DE & EU (up to 6 kg) – €7.14
  • Standard DE & EU (up to 16 kg) – €11.90
  • Standard DE & EU (up to 30 kg) – €19.04
  • Standard DE & EU (up to 52 kg) – €39.27
  • Standard DE & EU (up to 110 kg) – €59.50
  • Standard DE & EU (over 110 kg) – €95.20

*For EU business customers outside Germany with a valid VAT ID, VAT is deducted directly at checkout once the VAT ID has been entered (Sec. 4 No. 1b in conjunction with Sec. 6a German VAT Act).

Non-EU countries (tax-free export supply — see section “Deliveries to non-EU countries”):

  • Standard Europe (non-EU) (up to 2 kg) – €9.52
  • Standard Europe (non-EU) (up to 6 kg) – €15.47
  • Standard Europe (non-EU) (up to 16 kg) – €19.04

Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom)

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, our prices do not include VAT — you order at the net price (tax-free export supply pursuant to Sec. 4 No. 1a in conjunction with Sec. 6 German VAT Act). Upon import, your country levies import charges: import VAT (e.g. Switzerland: 8.1%), customs duties where applicable, and a handling fee charged by the carrier. You pay these charges directly to the carrier or the customs office in your country — they are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs.

A minimum order value of €185 applies to deliveries to the United Kingdom. Orders below this value cannot be completed at checkout — please combine items to reach the minimum order value.

Note on the delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, any additional costs incurred may be charged to you.

Cancellation and returns

As a consumer, you have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The cost of the return shipment is borne by you as the buyer. All details (period, procedure, model withdrawal form) can be found in our cancellation policy.

Payment methods

In our shop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and payment in advance (bank transfer).

Payment in advance (bank transfer)

If you choose payment in advance, please transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account below. Make sure to state your order number in the payment reference and to transfer separately for different orders. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–5 working days for your payment to reach us. The ordered goods remain reserved for you until your payment is received, but for a maximum of 21 days.
