Flat Roof Trowel Set (105 cm & Detail Trowel) for Torch-Welding Bitumen Membranes

Long trowel for the field, detail trowel for the corner. Two tools, 1.15 kg.

The 105 covers the distance, the detail trowel does the detail. With this combination you work a flat roof from the field right into the corner without going back to the van in between.

What's included

Flat roof trowel large, 105 cm – field and overlap

You torch-weld standing up: safe distance from the flame, no unergonomic bending. The 10.5 cm wide blade presses the overlap down in one pass and produces an even weld seam.

Detail trowel, 34.5 cm – corners, edges, lifting the membrane

The tapered, slightly raised tip lifts the bitumen membrane, positions it and works it into inside and outside corners. Solid stainless steel: keeps its shape in heat and doesn't bend like a conventional cat's tongue trowel. The smaller contact face picks up less bitumen residue.

• Overlap seams in the field, torch-welded standing up
• Upstands and parapet connections
• Inside and outside corners at wall connections
• Roof penetrations, pipe and vent penetrations
• Lift and position the membrane before the flame arrives
