Every experienced metal sheet roofer knows the problem when folding in the sheet metal panels on the drip edge: without a stable expansion gauge, the drop edge fold is often tilted too tightly, which leads to a dreaded capillary effect. But with Traufix, this problem is a thing of the past.
The professional Traufix teemplate generates a continuous expansion gap for the sheet metal panels at the eaves.
Together with a drip edge closer, Traufix makes it possible to create an expansion-fit edge for the drip edge. This ensures precise and durable drip edge installation.
Folding the aluminium sheeting is particularly easy with Traufix: the drip edge can be fashioned by hand using the Traufix expansion gauge and without any other tools. This saves time and increases efficiency during installation.
